- Ability to plan ahead for staffing and stock requirements
- Ability to keep accurate records using a variety of formats (paper records, excel spreadsheets)
- Ability to work efficiently and complete all daily and weekly tasks without direct supervision
- Qualifications
- Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to work towards)
- Driving licence
