We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in West Molesey, Surrey.Position Overview:
We are currently seeking two Registered Nurses, one for day shifts and one for night shifts, to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for residents under your care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health and care needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and responding to changes in their condition.
- Providing support and guidance to care staff.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience working in a nursing/residential home setting is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
