We are working with a well-established, hugely-respected law firm that is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing team in Northampton. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident in managing their own caseload, while also contributing to wider team development and client growth.The Role
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will:
  • Manage a broad range of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Support senior solicitors with complex caseloads and high-value matters
  • Supervise and guide junior fee earners and trainees when required
  • Actively contribute to business development, networking, and client relationship management
Key Work Areas
  • Landlord & tenant matters
  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions & disposals
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
  • Commercial mortgages and secured lending
  • Agricultural and rural property transactions
  • Guarantees, licences & easements
  • TCPA and environmental considerations
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
  • 1-8 years PQE
  • Previous experience handling commercial property matters within a busy law firm
  • A proactive and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach
  • Confidence in building and maintaining strong client relationships
