Salary: £40,000 - £55,000QED Legal is recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a highly regarded, top-tier law firm in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to progress within a supportive and successful private client team.The Role You will manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of private client work, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and Trust administration
- Personal taxation (including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax)
- Has 1+ years' PQE in Private Client law
- Is confident handling a full caseload across Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Tax matters
- Ideally holds or is working towards a STEP or SFE qualification
- Hybrid working / WFH options
