Pay Rate: £12.38 per hour (rising to £13.76 after probation)
Shifts: 4 days on / 3 days off (12-hour shifts: 7:00am–7:00pm)We are currently seeking experienced Quality Controllers to join a well-established business in the Marden area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term, stable employment in a quality-focused role.Key Responsibilities:Collaborating closely with the Supervisor to maintain quality standardsEnsuring label information and print quality are accurateMaintaining the overall quality and safety of finished productsRecording quality scores and data accuratelyEnsuring production is in line with daily plansKeeping the working environment clean, safe, and compliantRequirements:Previous experience in a similar quality control rolePhysically fit and capable of working 12-hour shiftsStrong literacy and numeracy skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamMust have own transport due to rural locationNote: Some weekend shifts may be requested.
