Shifts: 4 days on / 3 days off (12-hour shifts: 7:00am–7:00pm)We are seeking experienced Line Leaders to join a growing and reputable business in Marden. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with leadership experience in a production environment who are ready to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:Leading a small production team on the line to ensure targets and quality standards are metSupporting the Supervisor in daily operationsMonitoring team performance and motivating staff to maintain high productivityEnsuring all products meet quality and safety standardsMaintaining accurate records and completing production paperworkAssisting with training new staff and promoting a positive team environmentEnsuring the production line is clean, organised, and running efficientlyRequirements:Previous experience as a Line Leader or in a similar supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to lead by example and maintain a positive attitudeHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysically fit and comfortable working 12-hour shiftsOwn transport required due to locationNote: Weekend availability may occasionally be requested but is not essential.
