This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality management and utilities, particularly with knowledge of HV systems and substation construction. - Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Drafting and coordinating Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality assurance check sheets
- Managing Health & Safety Files and As-Built documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading and contributing to both client and internal quality and compliance meetings
- Coordinating the quality aspects of HV systems and substation construction, including electrical, civils, and utilities elements
- Chairing workshops and supporting the Construction Management Team with quality-related matters
- Producing weekly and monthly reports on quality performance for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the Non-Conformance process and overseeing timely close-out and implementation of lessons learned
- Providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent quality standards are upheld across the team
- Line managing a team of Quality Inspectors and promoting best practice across all quality activities
