- Collaborate with HR Reporting to develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as the key liaison for process-related matters across teams and stakeholders.
- Champion change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Support the implementation and adoption of Workday Performance.
- Deliver training and promote digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- 5-7 years’ experience in operations, performance improvement, or similar roles.
- Proven success in process optimisation and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with compliance, quality assurance, and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance tools.
