- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive and professional attitude with a focus on attention to detail.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is advantageous.
