  • £38,000 per annum plus £2,000 to £2,500 service charge and a 15% annual bonus

Responsibilities as the Sales Manager…
  • Taking ownership of enquiries from proposal through to conversion
  • Building strong relationships with key clients and corporate bookers
  • Working closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover and seamless delivery
  • Proactively developing new business and spotting opportunities to grow revenue
  • Managing and mentoring a small team
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience managing events within a 4 or 5-star hotel or large venue
  • Understands the pace and precision required in high-volume conference and event environments
  • Is a confident communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Can lead from the front and get the best out of a team
  • Brings energy, drive and a solution-focused mindset to everything they do
