
IT Support & Procurement Assistant

- Administer and update the IT Service Catalogue, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Provide equipment and peripherals to staff in line with agreed processes
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with colleagues to ensure availability
- Handle standard and non-standard service requests, following the correct processes
- Support IT colleagues with procurement requests, including raising purchase orders
- Publish pricing information for schools and related services each month
- Track the progress of IT requests and follow up where needed
- Assist with the delivery of minor IT projects and service improvements
- GCSE-level education or equivalent (NVQ2 in ICT or similar experience)
- Experience in an IT or professional office environment
- Knowledge of IT systems and good understanding of customer service principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise work effectively
