It is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to lead coordination activities, while also supporting wider engineering projects. Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with welding standards and procedures, acting as Responsible Welding Coordinator.
  • Lead planning data for welding activities in SAP and coordinate welder audits.
  • Identify and resolve welding issues using structured problem-solving methods.
  • Develop Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and standard operating procedures for new and legacy programmes.
  • Support production engineering and design teams on welding matters, driving improvements and change.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Technical Welding position with excellent knowledge of Weld procedures
  • IWT/EWT certified or above
  • CSWIP 3.1 certified

Full Time, 0700-1530 (Mon-Thurs), 0700-1200 (Fri) - flexible
Salary: £60k - £65k
