Your Impact – Senior People Leadership and HR Excellence
  • Develop and execute a progressive HR strategy that fosters high performance and employee engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, shaping business decisions through people insights
  • Lead effective talent management: recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives
  • Champion an inclusive and positive workplace culture that values diversity and equity
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, wellbeing and performance policies and processes
  • Ensure HR compliance with UK employment law and best practice
  • Coordinate learning and development programmes to upskill our teams
  • Leverage HR data to inform decision-making and translate insights into action
What You’ll Bring – Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, design, or SME settings
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent) preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience with change management and facilitating organisational development
  • Innovative, solutions-focused, and comfortable with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Personal integrity and a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
