- Develop and execute a progressive HR strategy that fosters high performance and employee engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, shaping business decisions through people insights
- Lead effective talent management: recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives
- Champion an inclusive and positive workplace culture that values diversity and equity
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, wellbeing and performance policies and processes
- Ensure HR compliance with UK employment law and best practice
- Coordinate learning and development programmes to upskill our teams
- Leverage HR data to inform decision-making and translate insights into action
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, design, or SME settings
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent) preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of an organisation
- Experience with change management and facilitating organisational development
- Innovative, solutions-focused, and comfortable with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
