- Carry out general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer and manage phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and manual.
- Input and update data on computer systems, including patient or departmental databases.
- Type letters, reports, and other correspondence as required.
- Arrange appointments, schedule meetings, and manage room bookings.
- Assist with the preparation and collation of reports and statistics.
- Provide cross-cover for other administrative staff as needed.
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C (including English) or equivalent qualification
- 1 year of administrative experience
