- Cover Reception Counter Monday to Friday 9-5pm – dealing and directing customer, staff and visitor enquiries
- Providing support to CAFRE Room Booking system
- Processing incoming/outgoing post
- Processing work orders on electronic filing system
- Receipt goods / services for payment
- Monitor that orders have been paid.
- Monitor and action invoices as required.
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Ensuring supplier site details are maintained and up to date and dealing with delays in payment
- Receipting invoices - communicating with Account NI and internal departments, resolving any queries with invoices and ensuring prompt payment.
- Deal with petty cash and card transactions
- Monitoring stocks of office stationery
- Ordering stationery stocks when required.
- Scanning and Photocopying personal / sensitive information
- Maintaining appropriate filing systems for finance related duties
- Using MS Excel to monitor and record receipting, invoicing and payment
