The successful candidate will have proven experience as a EAL HLTA and will assist the Inclusion Team in addressing the needs of our students to overcome barriers to learning, particularly those excluded from, or otherwise not working to a normal timetable.You will be working in our Inclusion Faculty and across the school under the guidance of teaching staff and our SENCO. You will provide support in addressing the needs of students who require specific help to make sustained or improved progress.The successful applicant will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, with experience of EAL.We believe that all our students are capable of performing highly.
