
Office Manager

- Closed at Xmas (required to save some holidays)
- Mon/Fri 9am-5.00pm (37.5 hours a week)

- Office management, personnel, administration duties
- Onboarding of new staff/Liaise with external HR provider on HR policies and procedures
- Invoicing/chasing payment
- Managing spreadsheets
- Coordinate and organise meetings, prepare agendas
- Main contact for telephone and email enquiries
- Deal with Compliance including ISO regulations (9001,14001)
- Certificate/qualification in HR or ISO compliance
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or other relevant ISO standards
