£35,000 - £40,000PermanentBMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Office Administrator for their client in Middlesbrough, Teesside.You will work alongside the Directors in this office-based role at the frontline of the business. Working from their newly refurbished office in a central location of the town, with easy access to public transport including rail and bus station. However, if you would prefer to travel by car there will be a parking space dedicated to you!You must be self-motivated and happy working on your own in the office on a regular basis as the Directors are often away on business, winning new contracts or visiting client sites.To be successful in the role you will be confident and outgoing, with experience in varied business sectors. This role requires you to be highly organised and flexible, the duties will change depending on the needs of the business.Key Benefits:

Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Office management, personnel, administration duties
  • Onboarding of new staff/Liaise with external HR provider on HR policies and procedures
  • Invoicing/chasing payment
  • Managing spreadsheets
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, prepare agendas
  • Main contact for telephone and email enquiries
  • Deal with Compliance including ISO regulations (9001,14001)
Desirable:
  • Certificate/qualification in HR or ISO compliance
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or other relevant ISO standards
