We are supporting a fast-growing, highly regulated business that requires an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity to add real value in a business experiencing strong international growth, with the possibility of a longer-term or permanent opportunity for those interested.The role
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and providing financial insight to support strategic decision making. Key responsibilities will include:Business partnering with commercial teams across UK and international markets.Delivering accurate, timely analysis and commentary to support growth and investment decisions.Preparing investment appraisals, scenario modelling, and evaluating new business opportunities.Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process.Providing clear variance analysis on commercial performance, overheads, and headcount.Involvement in strategic projects including M&A integration and international distributor deals.About youStrong FP&A and commercial finance experience with proven business partnering skills.Background in manufacturing, or another highly regulated industry would be advantageous.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Confident working with ERP and BI/data analytics systemsWhat’s on offerCompetitive day rate / salary equivalent.Hybrid working (2 days per week in the Leeds office).Immediate start.Initial 4-month contract, with the potential to become permanent for those who want to explore a longer-term career move.
