Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the officeWe are seeking a talented Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a growing and forward-thinking finance team on a permanent basis. This role will be a key link between finance and the wider business, supporting commercial decision-making with clear financial insight and challenge.What you’ll be doing:Acting as a trusted advisor to commercial teams, ensuring financial implications are fully understoodLeading on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisProviding meaningful insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitabilityDriving process improvements and helping to shape a culture of financial accountability across the businessWhat we’re looking for:A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong FP&A and business partnering experienceProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsCommercially minded with a focus on adding value rather than just reporting numbersComfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shiftWhy join?
