- Developing and executing a sales strategy to increase revenue within your territory
- Building strong, long-term relationships with contractors, merchants, and key decision-makers
- Identifying new business opportunities and converting prospects into customers
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close
- Maintaining regular visits to clients and project sites to ensure consistent engagement
- Reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to management
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within construction or building products
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win new clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence at all levels
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the resilience to thrive in a competitive market
- Capable of managing a territory effectively, balancing office and field-based work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Ideally located within commutable distance of St Albans, or willing to travel when required
- Professional, driven, and committed to building long-term client relationships
- Competitive base salary of £60,000 per annum.
- Generous on-target earnings (OTE) of up to £30,000.
