Job Title: Senior Territory Manager (London – Implants, Regeneration & Equipment)Job Type: Permanent, Full Time.Start Date: ASAPLocation: North and West London (Field-based)Postcodes: NN MK HP RG GL SN WR SL WD HA UB NW W OX. Our mission is to bring clinically advanced, value-driven innovations to dental professionals across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Account Management- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across North and West London- Generate new business via outbound engagement, study clubs, and referrals- Effectively manage your own diary to meet monthly sales and activity KPIs- Accurately log all activity in the company CRM systemCustomer Training & Support- Provide chairside clinical support for new users of our implant systems- Demonstrate and explain key product features and clinical protocols- Troubleshoot technical and clinical concerns with dentists and dental labsEducation & Events- Attend and support evening/weekend study clubs and CPD events (time off in lieu provided)- Deliver product overviews and clinical presentations to small groups and individualsAdministration- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity data- Collaborate with the internal support team and management to ensure service excellenceEssential Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years of dental sales experience, ideally in implants, surgical equipment, regeneration, or dental devices- Strong clinical understanding and ability to explain scientific concepts- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills- Proven track record in new business development- Highly motivated and able to work independently- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). CRM experience a plusRequirements- Full, clean UK driving licence- Own vehicle (car allowance provided)- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support client needsApplication & Selection Process1.
