- Enhance delivery. You'll navigate risks and dependencies, anticipate and mitigate technical collisions, remove impediments, and adjust plans as needed to enhance delivery and maximise flow.
- Be part of a team. You'll be supported by other Scrum Masters, with a work environment centered on transparency, empathy, trust and encouragement. We want to be the best we can be-and have fun while we do it.
- Leadership and people management experience. You've proven yourself as an Agile leader, implementing Agile values, frameworks and best practices in previous roles. You've also directly line managed, performance managed, and developed Scrum Masters in their career growth and goal setting.

- A champion of continuous delivery and quality. You guide Agile teams to deliver high-quality, working software frequently-quality is never an afterthought
- A constant learner. You strive not just to learn, but to apply what you've learned in your personal and professional life, then share your expertise with others.
- Diverse toolbelt. You understand the benefits of multiple product development frameworks-such as Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc.-as well as their unique value and how they can complement each other to drive effective outcomes.
- Experience working with a global team. Our product team is spread across the U.S. and Europe, and remote collaboration skills will be part of the job.
