The company are a well-respected both in the UK and Europe and are market leaders in their field.This role would suit some that is looking for career progression as the company are looking to train and upskill the right person into a ‘Skilled CNC Machinist’ and as a result further salary rises will come with this as you progress in your role.Location of the Machine Operative position: TamworthThe successful Machine Operative will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to the high standards set and will have a proven track record of operating machinery.This is an opportunity for a machine operator to be trained in CNC to upskill further.Duties of the Machine Operative opportunity

Loading large sheets to CNC router
Loading correct programs from computer library to machine via job card information
Adding removing tools as required
Alerting feeds and speeds locally on machines to improve cut quality
Interpret engineering drawings
