Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Machine Operative to join their team in Aldridge, Walsall.This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a strong emphasis on finding someone who is looking for a long-term role within a stable and supportive company.Key Responsibilities:
- Operating plastic injection moulding machinery
- Monitoring production quality and identifying any defects
- Assisting in changeovers and machine maintenance where necessary
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements:
- Previous plastic injection moulding experience is essential
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- A reliable, proactive attitude and a desire to develop within the company.
