- Lead and manage governance approval forums: chair meetings, document minutes, challenge proposals, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Drive first-line compliance with Consumer Duty, supporting both BAU activities and project-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess customer outcomes and business impact.
- Support the development of training and awareness materials to promote understanding of compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records and evidence of governance decisions and outcomes.
- Consumer Duty Knowledge - Clear understanding of the FCA's expectations and practical implementation.
- Insurance Insight - Familiarity with personal lines products and trading models.
