Your tasks as Host will include but will not be limited to:
  • Welcome all guests to the restaurant ensuring the first impression they receive is a great one
  • Manage our reservations system ensuring that guests are kept informed and that there are no unnecessary delays
  • Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide them with menus when necessary introducing the waiter/waitress by name
  • Thank guests and ensure the last impression they have of the restaurant is a great one
  • To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
