We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our practice.Main duties of the jobHours are 18 - 20 per weekKey Responsibilities:
  • Medical Reports:Efficiently complete and manage medical reports to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Drug Alerts:Monitor and process drug alerts to maintain patient safety and compliance.
  • Student Timetables:Organise and coordinate timetables for students, ensuring a seamless integration into the practice.
  • Vaccine Programmes:Assist in the planning and execution of our vaccine programmes, contributing to community health.
  • Patient Records:Summarise patient records accurately to support clinical decision-making.
  • Documentation Updates:Keep the staff handbook, practice leaflet, and SharePoint up to date with the latest information and policies.
