The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.Start date: ASAPRate of pay: £12.97Duration: Up to 25/01/26Hours of work: 37Key Responsibilities:End to end processing employer and participant applications for JobStart using Excel Spreadsheet databases. Applications will be case loaded per AO, it is expected to be a very busy workload. The process includes: –Recording and maintenance of detailed information on databasesManagement of Content Manager records for all employers and participantsExtracting the online employer applications from Citizen SpaceAssessment of the applications using a checklist to populate a decision template.Issue of acceptance or rejection letters to employersPopulate and issue Letter of Offer (legal document) with bank details form and information packs to employers, monitoring their return and issue of follow-up reminders if necessary.Acknowledge receipt of Letter of Offer and issue of Vacancy details form via Citizen space to Employers. Monitor responses and follow up if required.Preparation and upload details of job opportunities to JobApplyni and follow up when required to re-advertise vacancy.Processing of bank account details forms on Account NIAdministrative support in gathering management information to check for eligibility of participantIssue of Start notification hand offs to Jobs & Benefits Colleagues in 35 officesAssessment and approval of Training plans for each participantCreation of monitoring reviews “To-do's” on ELMS system and follow up with Work CoachesConducting monitoring reviews with employers (up to 3 per employer per participant)Conducting monitoring reviews with participants when required (up to 3 per participant)Processing of payments to employers on Account NI for start-up grants and monthly payslipsAdministration of ad-hoc enquiries from employers and Work Coaches by emailIssue of evaluation surveys to young people/employers and monitoring their returnCollation of outcomes and destination data for each participantDay to day management of the JobStart team MailboxOther administrative duties as requiredEssential Criteria applicants must have:
5 GCSE's including maths and English (Proof of certs required)
Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
