Looking for a GP partner to continue an excellent clinical service for patients whilst maintaining a good work-life balance and earning well.With a small list size of 3000 patients, we get to know our patients and therefore practice is efficient and rewarding. Historically both partners share the working week, offering 6 clinical sessions each and having one dedicated admin session/week. However, this could be reduced if desired with the support of salaried GP sessions. With just two partners we can determine our own session start and finish times, length of appointments and catch-up time and decision making within the practice is more straightforward than in a larger practice.
