As a People Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to managers and teams across the organisation. With a full generalist People remit, you’ll champion employee experience, drive high performance, and deliver strategic support that aligns with business goals. From embedding our values to guiding leaders through change and growth, your role is pivotal in shaping a culture where people thrive.This is a hybrid role, with regular travel to our Shipton-under-Wychwood and Bishops Cleeve offices for team days, key meetings, and to maintain People Team visibility across the business.Please note, to apply for this position you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.What we're looking forYou’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Expertise in learning and development planning, including course design and delivery
- Strong experience supporting managers through performance management, talent development and change initiatives
- A proactive mindset with the ability to coach, challenge, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills, with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- A collaborative approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a “make it happen” attitude
- Partner with managers to embed People practices across all functions
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increases with years of service)
