- Location: Hybrid working from Plymouth
- Working Pattern: Full time -fixed term for 12 x months
- Why this role matters: This is a key role to ensure the overall provision of an effective and accurate operational finance service to the firm, ensuring adherence to our internal processes.
- Be a part of the Cashier team whose objective is to assist the Firm in reaching its strategic goals.
- Process financial data to cover all operational areas including client account management, daily processing of payments and receipts, bank reconciliations, workflow payment runs, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance/adherence with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Produce work which is accurate and of high quality.
- Be adaptable to support within the wider Accounts team when assistance is needed at peak times.
- *Be available for a fixed term contract of 12 x months
- Legal Cashiering experience.
- Experience of bank reconciliations.
- Confident IT skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Confident, professional communication skills.
- The flexibility to operate within and alongside other internal areas of a Finance department.
- The able to tackle challenges in a logical, step by step way.
- An expert eye for detail to ensure accuracy at every step of a process.
- The ability to express complex ideas and information using appropriate styles and approaches for different audiences.
