
Graduate Surveyor

- Assisting with residential and commercial property surveying tasks
- Working towards RICS qualification (if not already qualified)
- Supporting senior surveyors with property inspections and reports
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders professionally
- Travelling to properties across Brighton and the South East
- Developing practical experience in a wide range of surveying services
- RICS-accredited property-related degree
- Currently working towards or open to pursuing AssocRICS or MRICS
- Some experience in commercial property (advantageous, not essential)
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Self-motivated, well-presented, and organised
- Knowledge of Brighton and the wider South East area
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Excellent starting salary of £30,000
