  • Assisting with residential and commercial property surveying tasks
  • Working towards RICS qualification (if not already qualified)
  • Supporting senior surveyors with property inspections and reports
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders professionally
  • Travelling to properties across Brighton and the South East
  • Developing practical experience in a wide range of surveying services
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • RICS-accredited property-related degree
  • Currently working towards or open to pursuing AssocRICS or MRICS
  • Some experience in commercial property (advantageous, not essential)
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Self-motivated, well-presented, and organised
  • Knowledge of Brighton and the wider South East area
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
