Rate: Competitive — details to be discussed upon applicationWe are seeking a committed Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry to join our NHS client in Stafford, Staffordshire. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract.Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychiatric care across inpatient and Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) settings
- Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to the development of individualised treatment plans
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
- Assist senior clinicians in managing complex cases and care coordination
- Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act (MHA) and other relevant legislation
- Full GMC registration
- Section 12 approval
- Experience in Adult Psychiatry, particularly within inpatient and CMHT environments
- Previous experience in a similar role
