With a new cloud-based cash forecasting platform and implementation of FIS Integrity treasury management system (TMS), we have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the European countries cash flows and liquidity.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage daily cash operations, including bank account reconciliation, variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast), and intra-account funding.Monitor cash and liquidity in line with treasury policies, collaborating with internal teams (AP, Tax, etc.) to ensure sufficient funding is available.Maintain and update intercompany loan documentation.Prepare and process treasury-related payments through banking platforms or the TMS, maintain standard settlement instructions (SSIs), and provide ongoing support for the TMS and cash forecasting tools.Handle treasury administration, including user access management, mandate updates, account openings/closures, KYC, and bank fee reviews.Record and reconcile external investments, FX trades, and revolving credit facility (RCF) drawdowns, while supporting month-end reporting for both local and group management teams.Review periodic cash flow forecasts submitted by business units, investigating variances and engaging with stakeholders to understand operational impacts on liquidityThis list is not exhaustive and may be added to or amended from time to timeCandidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years treasury/banking experience
  • Understanding of treasury markets & products, including transactional banking, cash management and liquidity, forex and interest rate risk management
  • Focused on delivery and able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Good level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Prior knowledge and experience of working with a TMS and ERP systems is beneficial
