- oLeadership in large complex results driven organisations.
- oFinancial accounting experience
- oExperience at a very senior management level
- oExperience of working within the NHS
- oExperience of working in a private sector organisation
- oExperience of partnership, customer relations.
- oSenior experience of managing budgets, income and securing financial growth.
- oExperience of commercial contract negotiations and management.
- oExperience of managing significant projects to successful completion.
- oTrack record of financial achievement.
- oContinuous improvement and change methodologies.
- oKnowledge of the NHS finance regime
- oIn depth knowledge of Company accounting requirements, relevant legislation and accountability.
- oHighly developed knowledge of best financial and commercial services practice.
- oExcellent interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation and relationship skills. Supported by effective leadership qualities.
- oCapital and tax accounting knowledge, with knowledge of Corporation Tax and VAT regulations.
- oAbility to contribute to strategy development and continuous improvement to deliver aspirations of the Company and act in a manner consistent with its values.
- oUnderstanding of group structure accounting principles.
