Salary Scale: £68,749 - £74,373 p/aMorgan Hunt are proud to be working exclusively in partnership with Bradford College who are seeking a strategic and inspiring Director of HR to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the Deputy CEO (Finance & Corporate Services), you'll lead the delivery of our People Strategy and help realise our ambition to become an employer of choice.This is a high-profile role that will see you shaping culture, leading change, and ensuring that people remain at the heart of organisational success. You will play a key part in driving transformation across the College, championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance.What You'll DoAs Director of HR, you'll:
- Lead the development and delivery of the College's People Strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of HR, people development and wellbeing, aligning them to strategic goals.
- Drive organisational transformation, from change management to employee engagement.
- Build strong relationships with trade unions and stakeholders across the College.
- Define and monitor HR metrics to improve performance and inform decision-making.
- Support and coach senior leaders and the HR team to deliver a proactive, high-performing service.
- Ensure recruitment, retention, reward, and recognition frameworks are effective and fair.
- Champion the College's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Plan.
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience).
- CIPD Chartered membership (or equivalent).
- Strong track record in HR leadership, organisational change, and cultural transformation.
- Experience managing employee relations, including work with trade unions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to inclusion, integrity and excellence.
