  • Up to £40,350 package
  • Working 40 hours a week across 5 days
  • 30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years)

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
  • Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, polished service
  • Creating an upbeat, guest-focused atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and hotel leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Managing rotas, training, stock and service standards
  • Helping to shape and elevate the restaurant's identity through a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Being the face of the restaurant and building strong relationships with guests
