  • £34,490 per annum plus circa £12,000 service charge
  • Staff accommodation is available if required
  • Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the hotel's award-winning 3 Rosette restaurant
  • Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver flawless, elevated service
  • Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive team development and guest satisfaction
  • Being hands-on during service, ensuring every guest experience is polished and memorable
  • Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Bringing strong food and wine knowledge to the floor and assisting with training and mentoring
