We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Exam Management, Policy & Procedures to join our Account Activation team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Reside in the business and manage first line of defense regulatory oversight management efforts related to regulatory and policy requirements. Analyze existing legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices for first line of defense compliance requirements. Help businesses develop procedures to meet compliance requirements and implement project plans to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations while managing risk. Provide guidance and training to entry-level employees and support complex projects by offering insight on interpretation of regulations. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred. Thorough knowledge of Financial Services rules and regulations. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical ability, with strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to supervise small teams and projects and develop solutions for regulatory oversight management issues. No direct reports; provides technical advice and guidance to less experienced team members.
