Senior Quantity Surveyor, ExeterSalary: £70k-£75k per annum plus car allowance and attractive benefitsRole: Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a profitable and growing regional main contractor to oversee a £35m mixed use development to incorporate student accommodation, commercial and retail. Candidate will be overseeing the project from second stage pre-construction through to final account of the scheme, totalling 3 years’ worth of work and further work in Exeter after this one finishes. Reporting into a visiting Commercial Manager overall.Individual: Candidate will have worked for a recognised main contractor working on two stage projects and will ideally have high rise residential or student accommodation experience. They will need to demonstrate being able deliver projects financially from pre-construction through to final account and the full commercial life cycle.Opportunity: This is great role for someone to get stuck into a complex project from the early pre-construction phase and make it their own. The company has a strong pipeline of work in the South West and have further projects to go onto after this one completes.
