
Supplier Operations Coordinator-12 months FTC

- Execute daily purchase order management: Place and manage daily purchase orders with OEM suppliers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with supply plans.
- Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, logistics team, and internal teams (Accounts Payable, Supply Planning, product managers etc.) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of supply issues.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track and maintain optimal stock levels across assigned portfolio to prevent stockouts and support service level targets.
- Supplier Performance Management: Monitor supplier KPIs, identify risks or delays, and drive resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or logistics.
- Systems Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with OEM suppliers in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with supply planning tools or inventory optimization techniques.
