- Maintaining and improving multi-classification, virtualised, cloud and collaboration environments
- Supporting Office 365 and Azure SaaS platforms, plus hybrid and private cloud systems
- Enhancing “secure by design” infrastructure practices across projects
- Performing infrastructure maintenance, patching and change control activities
- Monitoring and triaging alerts, security events and tickets across key platforms
- Supporting upgrades and optimisation across VMware, Linux and Windows systems
- Advising project teams on infrastructure best practice and producing technical documentation
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to winning new work
- Windows Server (2016+) administration
- VMware (vSphere, vCenter, VCF) experience
- Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu) administration
- Azure/Microsoft 365 support and management
- PowerShell scripting
- EUD provisioning (Autopilot), patching and hardening
- Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and working in protectively marked environments
- Play a key part in secure national defence programmes
- Work directly with directors in a growing, innovative business
