The Training Programme Director in Paediatric & Perinatal Pathology will be responsible for managing specialty training programmes for doctors holding the following appointments: specialty registrar (StR); and locum appointments for training (LATs).
The TPD should be a Consultant and is accountable to the Postgraduate Dean or appropriate Associate Dean. They may also combine the role with that of an educational and/or clinical supervisor.Applicants who wish to apply on a secondment basis are strongly encouraged to discuss this with their current employer at the earliest opportunity.
