We are delighted to be instructed to appoint a Planning on behalf of an extremely well-established residential developer.They produce an excellent product in desirable locations and have significant funds available ensuring quick land approval. Reporting to the Land Director you will be responsible for preparing, submitting and managing a range of planning applications across the South West area of various scales of complexity.You will be responsible for:
  • Liaison with planning authorities, consultants, and external consultants
  • Supporting the land & technical team with preparation and submission of applications
  • Reviewing local planning policies and drafting planning persimmons & agreements
We are keen to speak with Planners and Planning Managers with three years plus experience, working for another developer, in consultancy or within a Local Authority.
