- You will be responsible for the day to day running of the hospitality kitchen and all food produced within it
- Leading, managing and inspiring a team as well as working as part of
- Creating and designing menus and dishes alongside the Group Exec Chef
- Involved in tasting, presentations and client meetings
- Ensure the food is maintained at a Michelin level and exceeds clients expectations in terms of presentation and taste
- A Head Chef with a proven career history with high end hospitality catering
- Fine dining experience ideally within a Michelin star or Rosette restaurant or 5* hotel
- Some knowledge of corporate catering or a similar environment
- A strong leader – able to manage, inspire and develop a team
- PASSION! About food and ingredients as well as up to date with trends and concepts
- An excellent eye for detail and presentation with flair and creativity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
