- Developing and evolving messaging and positioning for our suite of HCM and payroll products and services.
- Creating and maintaining sales enablement material to showcase our value and capabilities.
- Working with Sales to drive strong understanding of our ICP and competitors.
- Driving go-to-market plans and executing launch activities to strengthen and expand our position in market.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to consolidate competitive advantage and differentiation.
- Gathering and distributing customer insights through quantitative and qualitative research.
- Collaborating with Product Management on feature releases and roadmaps to ensure adoption and engagement.
- Contribute to product marketing strategies and activities alongside Head of Product Marketing and the wider business.
- Run product marketing activities like webinars, release updates, product communications, and sales training.
- Report on the impact of product marketing initiatives on commercial and customer metrics.
- Working with Marketing colleagues to ensure product messaging is applied to marketing assets.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification, ideally in Business or Marketing.
- 2+ years of product marketing experience; or 5+ years of generalist marketing experience.
- B2B experience; ideally in SaaS, payroll or HR software categories with a sales-led funnel.
- Strong understanding of business, finance, customer and commercial SaaS metrics, terminology and KPIs and a keen sense of how your product marketing can positively impact them.
- Comfortable with quantitative and qualitative research and data analysis, value proposition development, opportunity sizing, and project management.
- Inquisitive, great at building relationships, proactive, and excellent communicator who can manage varied workload to achieve multiple objectives.
