- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties let on ASTs
- Serving legal notices (Section 21 and Section 8) when required
- Organising and managing safety certificates and property compliance
- Negotiating tenancy renewals and managing tenancy deposits
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve issues
- Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining strong relationships
- Handling property maintenance queries and coordinating repairs
- Keeping accurate records and managing workload efficiently
- Previous experience in property management beneficial
- Understanding of current lettings legislation advantageous
- Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the Guildford area helpful
- Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
