Worth Recruiting – Property Industry RecruitmentJob Title: PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHER & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - Residential Estate AgencyLocation: Guildford, GU1Salary: £35,000 per annumPosition: Permanent, Full-TimeReference: WR62598An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and proactive Property Photographer & Social Media Manager to join a successful and well-regarded estate agency in the Guildford area.This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with a keen eye for photography, strong editing and visual storytelling skills, and a passion for social media and digital engagement.You'll play a key role in visually showcasing properties and growing the brand’s online presence across multiple platforms.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential properties
  • Create video walkthroughs and drone footage (if licensed)
  • Produce floorplans and conduct EPCs (training provided)
  • Edit and deliver photography packages promptly
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to showcase properties effectively
  • Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms
  • Plan and publish engaging content including reels and behind-the-scenes posts
  • Analyse social media performance and optimise content for better reach
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the rental cycle
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous property industry experience preferred
  • Proven experience in photography
  • Strong photo and video editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple locations
  • Creative mindset with great attention to detail and style
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience with floorplans, EPCs, or CAA Drone Licence (desirable)
  • Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing experience (desirable)
