- Qualifications: Level 2 or above in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 3 highly desirable).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealer or similar environment.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic skills using the latest tools and a keen eye for detail.
- Licenses: Full UK Driving Licence required; OT License (desirable but not essential).
- Attributes: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for delivering top-quality work.
- Bonus: Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Qualification or MOT Tester status is a plus but not mandatory.
- Lucrative Earnings: £28,000 - £36,000 basic salary (DOE) with an uncapped bonus structure based on hours sold, offering OTE of £45,000+.
