The role is to work 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday, with 2 shifts from 8am-8pm, and 2 x 8 hour office days.

As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
- Support the Manager in delivering excellent operational care.
- Lead the clinical team to ensure high-quality service.
- Manage the service in the Manager's absence.
- Provide clinical oversight and accountability.
- Engage in safe recruitment and clinical governance.
- Collaborate with MDT members and local authorities.
- Share on-call responsibilities with the management team.
